    - buy a pair of chucks cause I’m fat
    - lose 20lbs
    - alternate band week (imbalances) and gear week
    - squatting straps up all the time
    - squat in gear for reps
    - Vanilla Gorilla for a peaking program

    Bought my Chuck TayTays. Felt really good so went in. Strict 1 minute rest for sets to keep me from heavy town. Plus need to start cutting now than back against a wall.
