Yup! It’s been 2 1/2 weeks since last workout! Feeling a lot better and ready to go. Haven’t touched a weight in so long so hitting a 525 squat and a 585 deadlift is super nice!
Did pauses squats 315x5x2 and paused dead’s 355x5x2.

Goodbye USAPL.
Weird ass rules in this forum so I’m going to say what I can without violating them.
I’ve been fighting with a lot of health issues for 2 years. The last 6 months have been to exhaust all other choices. The result is I won’t be able to compete in USAPL anymore.
Got the couple records and wanted to go further. But quality of life has depleted so badly plastic trophy’s aren’t worth it and I won’t lose my integrity over it.
