Idk what it is, I just superiorly struggle over 2 plates on squat. Largest dead about two years back was 365x2. Bench is also dismal. But I let school interfere with my lifting. I have a routine in life now, so I have no excuses.

Idk what it is, I just superiorly struggle over 2 plates on squat. Largest dead about two years back was 365x2. Bench is also dismal. But I let school interfere with my lifting. I have a routine in life now, so I have no excuses.

i lifted in high school but quit for 4 years. best squat way back was 315x1, but i was fat af at like 185lbs+.
my bench is chit..230x2 @ 165lbs

i have decent leverages for the squat though. I'm able to progress with it pretty easily. shouldnt be too bad going from 365x1 to 405x1 in the next few months if i stay injury free.

this would send me to the hospital. i dont do more than 5 reps with deadlifts. a heavy squat will build your deadlift more than 10x10 with 50% will imo...

No precipitation in one field, then across the street in another field it's hailing. Random breaks in the cloud where pure sunlight and the blue sky's peak through.

few people know the heat like i do and can confirm winter is the fukking worst season. I'd rather be on a 140 degree roof with 85% humidity than spend a day with weather under 20 degrees. srs.

Can do HVAC here on the coast year round and never have a problem like that. Every day is tshirt and shorts weather.

ive considered it. especially since the unions here have an agreement with the ones in AUS. Mostly for plumbers (you brahs collect a lot of rain water, and we exchange trade secrets about it srs) but it's a possibility once im out of the apprenticeship

All my lifts basically regress with injuries. Probably was my strongest at 215 lbs area. 560 is my best deadlift. I'd usually go for singles after 405. 405x8 505x1 etc...
Tried deadlifting for the first time in 8?? months a few weeks ago. Could tell I had zero form at 455 so I stopped and haven't done them again since.

Got a kid driving 5 hours tomorrow for the cbr, asked what the best price I would do since hes making the drive. Told him previously I'd like to get $5200 for it. I've had supposedly (not sure if people were multi texting me from different numbers) like 8 people message me about it so far, one today asked if we could meet today he had cash in hand but lived 4 hours away and I didn't want to drive. Not sure if I should keep at the $5200 or just give it to him for the $5k. We've had a few drought scares and rain water dams running low, so every other person has water tanks due to them being subsidized. So I'm not surprised about the rain water thing.

We actually built and began operating a desalination plant on the coast due to that scare. It blows my mind but the plant had to stop operating temporarily due to chit rusting/deteriorating. Like, a plant that deals solely with salt water having problems with rust so severe it had to be shutdown. Feels like the type of thing you'd have planned for.

But yeah do it before this place is over run by other nationalities.

Yeah a few years back when that big fire happened on/near the great ocean road because of drought, the US and AUS joined up and started exchanging water collection tricks and tips cause California is fukked too.

The problems of being 170lbs. Cut to 155 or 160 and miss strength goals but be lean as fuk, go up to 181 and make strength goals but be fat. Decisions decisions

Edit- cbr600rr just got sold. Kid was a little autistic I believe so all his strange demeanor from his texts make sense now. Seemed like a nice kid so not upset about holding it since I had two other guys asking if they could of come yesterday and today earlier.
