Honda might have to pull a rabbit out of its hat next MotoGP season or Yamaha and Ducati is going to go in dry, like DLM on his fleshlight. New Michelin front tyres don't suit the RCV's riding style, and the new electronics don't make up for the lack of smoothness. Dey in trouble. WSBK's testing at the same track were only tenths of Marquez's pace. Even Nicky Hayden on the CBR1000RR for the first time is only a second off.

I don't get how Honda could fuk it up so badly that it looks like they're far, far behind with the new spec-electronics. They could just be not showing their hand, but it looks more like their engineers are going to be spending Christmas working.
The Ducati bike has been getting a lot better, so I'm interested in Stoners input too. Couldn't give a chit about Hayden because I can't watch WSBK on the tele. Anyone know what Spies has been up to?
BTW my friend at TeamMoto did not hook me up with a sweet discount and I have to pay $950 for the angel GT rear, set of sprockets, chain, steering bearing and fork seal.Registered owner of Dan_Staat's sister

Your "friend" went in dry. Did they do the work for the steering bearing and the fork seals to?
I did a charity ride yesterday where toys are collected for various charities that work with children. Known as the "Toy run". I gotta admit that generally, superbike sloots>Harley sloots>DS sloots. I am not mastered in FA ninja pics in busy places, so I cant get pics of them. Some pics of the day.
Not mine. But das it mane.
One of the places the people pulled away from. Only saw one hyper. Also saw a black SD with a carbon austin pipe on.
About 1/4 of the bikes there.
DLM's illegitimate child tried hustling me for a lift.

Takes me less time to do chain and sprockets and I don't even have air tools.
We have the exact same thing here witblitz, I spotted the Hyper in about 2 seconds.

Next time you want work done, ask for a quote first. Remember this.
$400 for 3h of labour? Fuk that I am moving to Aus to loosen some nuts and bolts.
Converting what you payed to my currency. Front sprocket is on par, rear is $30 too much, chain is $60 too much for a 520. Can't comment on the tire.
Chain and sprockets is max 1h to do at home.
Seals and bearing for 2h seems good I think. I cant remember the work that goes into doing the seals.
Those hypers are hnnnng. Also saw a H2, fuk thats an ugly bike with the stock pipe.

do you really have to do countless mods to make a bike truly a track bike? can't I take a stock gsxr1000 and rip it up in the A/No Limit group

first track day...on a liter SS bike?...mods??
you'll feel like you won't need any mods for about 5 years of weekly track events until you're anywhere near riding that thing its potential.
im not one of the fggts that say you don't need a 1k bike, on the street i get the appeal for torque/highway/roll on wheelies/hooliganism
...but for a track bike, its going to be a lot....not saying too dangerous, don't do it you'll die..but i would bet money you're not going to be ripping it draggin knee and keeping revs above 10k..thats a lot of bike to track for n00bs
fuk: why do i even look?

ideally i want to get a grom to hoon on around town.. and then a street bike that I can also take to the track easily. three bikes may be pushing it for me but you never know... plus i still need to get a used forester or something with 4wd/awd for a beater car before all that.
and then before all that i gotta sort out all my loans and bills.. life moving too fast** KNEE DRAGGERS UNITE **

Track days are a very eye-opening experience. Pre-poosayness, I went in thinking I was going to shred and impress everybody, maybe even bump up to I on my 1st TD ever. (srs). This was also about the time I talked chit back and forth with Richard in this thread about settling our pissing match at Barber lmao. I wrecked after riding mayyyyyybe mid-pack in B. Rode another track day after that, got some grip on some decent entry speed, still mid-pack B. Sold it before I could get to go again. Would love another one but i'd rather ride an SM.
Picked up my pipe and silencer for the CR today. Going to remove the engine at some point this week.2015 KTM Super Duke R ABS || 2014 KTM 300XC-W || 2006 ZX6R || 2020 CRF125F || 2016 Rancher 420 || 2017 Z125

i was at a dealer the other day and a older guy in his 50s that used to race now says he swears by his drz400sm at the track. showed me pics of him knee down and keeping up with other guys easy. i'd still get imagined he gets ripped on the straights depending on the track
