monkay has been writing my programming for awhile. Fault should not be placed on that. That programming has been written based off of what I enjoy doing when lifting and my goals.
Think of it as a modified Texas Method with RPE. With a volume, recovery, and intensity workout. Here:
Notes:
Each Rep Schema is 3 weeks long. For example:
Intensity is RPE 9 (Week 1-3: 3 reps Week 4-6: 2 reps, Week 7-9: 1 reps x n sets till RPE is hit)
Recovery is RPE 7 (3-4 setsx6)
Volume is RPE 8-9 (10 reps, 6 reps, 4 reps x 4 sets)
Day 1: Intensity Squat. Intensity Bench. Deadlift.
Day 2: Recovery Front Squat. Recovery Press.
Day 3: Intensity Front Squat. Volume Squats. Volume Deadlifts.
Day 4: Intensity Press. Volume Bench. Hip Thrusts.
In addition is non-prescribed physical therapy, accessory work, and cardio.
Congrats man.

What do you enjoy doing and what are your goals? It seems that you are pretty much focused on strength?

I would say I just want to be athletic-ish. 12-18% BF and strong. I think I just need to focus on getting down to the teens in BF%. I was thinking Kelei because it's so loved by Klax and others around here. However, I have always appreciated monkay's routines. So I will likely talk with him about it as I'm sure he has some insight.
In the short term, I'm just too depressed when training goes poorly and I think changing the focus to a better feedback loop will help tremendously.
Thanks for always helping.SF Bay Area Crew

Pre-holiday weight: 175lb
Post-holiday weight: 185lb (morning, fasted weight)
Back to eating normally again today! I'm hoping most of that is just bloat, but probably half is fat. But... I REGRET NOTHING.Training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=176247291

@daaman,
NP. I'm just generally a busybody
I totally feel you about that feedback loop and I found that using a double progression method actually helped with that.
Anyway, I'll leave the programming and lifting stuff to the experts.
Good luck and have a good 2016.You can't get much done in life if you only work on the days when you feel good.

LEAN MUSCLE DIET kindle edition for $0.99 ATM: http://www.amazon.com/Lean-Muscle-Di...ng=UTF8&qid&sr
Research shows that although people can lose 5 to 10 percent of their body weight on any given diet, dieting itself is a consistent predictor of future weight gain. Why? At some point, everyone stops dieting. The Lean Muscle Diet solves the sustainability problem while offering immediate results. It's simple: act as if you already have the body you want.
If a reader is, say, a 220-pound man who wants to become a muscular 180-pounder, he then uses The Lean Muscle Diet's formula to eat and train to sustain a 180-pound body. The transformation begins immediately, and the results last for life.
Lou Schuler, who has sold more than one million copies of his fitness books worldwide, and Alan Aragon, nutrition advisor to Men's Health, have created an eating and "metabolically expensive" exercise plan designed to melt fat while building muscle. The best part? The plan allows readers to eat their favorite foods, no matter how decadent. With full support from Men's Health, The Lean Muscle Diet delivers a simple--and simply sustainable--body transformation plan anyone can use.You can't get much done in life if you only work on the days when you feel good.
