I'm not an expert when it comes to most aspects of life; sometimes, I have no idea what I'm doing. The more I learn, the more I can do, and the more I can pay it forward and help others.

I got my grocery bill down to around 30 bucks a week with decent macros. Gonna try swapping out the potatoes for dried beans to up the protein. It'll sacrifice satiety, but it'll be fun test anyway.
Today is hopefully my last day off from deadlifting... I don't even feel the pulled muscle anymore, but I wanted to play it safe since I already went through one round of re-agitating it.
Hope everyone else doin' gutSF Bay Area Crew

Such a good son am I... Bought this for my Mom's Birthday... Got it on sale for $200, then 20% off too so only $170ish (had SYW points too) when normally $300. Slickdeals FTW!

Some of those donuts look like Wegmans quality while others look like Dunkin Donuts. I am confused. Did you go to both places?

They look so good, yet my experiences have always been so bad... I believe you can get Krispy Kreme and Dunkin' Donuts over here in England now.. maybe it's time to revisit.
Off to Milan at the weekend with my girlfriend to celebrate our anniversary. Gonna have Gelato for the first time, heard it's out of this world.
