    Doing side lateral raises everyday?

    I've been doing them almost every for dem capped deltoids and I look so much more jacked in a t-shirt, by doing this alone. It's like a perpetual pump that makes u wide as fuk everyday lol


    I know some miscers with huge delts here do this everyday too.

    I do some type of lateral raise 3x a week, you can pound them puppies. In fact, I never have a day where shoulder do not get hit at some point.

    pretty much only about 10 minutes of side laterals and shoulder press 3-5 X week (on top of regular workouts) has led to the best delt improvement for me. simple science.

    light work/high frequency is going to lead to gains. period.

    I wouldn't obsess over one delt exercise, m8. That everyday pump is more pronounced and impressive if you work all three delt heads equally. Side lats are great for volume, I always keep the weight low to do loads of sets.

    I get crazy neck pumps from upright rows, the close grip obviously. Crazy bicep pump with the wide grip.
