Woman in her 40s workout journal

Hi, I am beginning a serious strength building and muscle building regime.

    20 Squats
    1 min Wall Sit
2 kg dumbell for biceps 10 reps x 2 sets

Is this ok for a total beginner ?

It's good that you've started working out, but your routine isn't very balanced. If this is the routine you do each time, you're not working out your chest, back, hamstrings, etc.

I would add some pushups, some rows, and some tricep kickbacks. That would get more of your muscle groups covered.

Also, you may want to start with a novice routine. Then the programming is figured out for you.
    You can't help the hopeless.
