looks interesting, i might have to check it out. Kettleball training and such has always interested me.

I like kettlebells a lot. I actually find that most KB exercises translate well when using dumbells instead!Originally posted by BigKazWSM747

i've never had access to kettleballs but they look they would help me out a lot with sports.
- the brave don't live forever but the cowardly never really live.......

Honestly though, they're pretty damn expensive. I think you'd still be able to benefit from kettlebell programs using dumbells instead!Originally posted by TIGER _ EYED

You can't get them anywhere here at stores. I'm not sure how it is in the states. Some places probably sell the adjustable ones or you could make them yourself. The authentic ones are only sold online and they're expensive as hell!
