Got some thai cold meds from my boss.. got him self a thai wifey.. imported meds are supposed to be 5* and likely not regulated in the uk lol..
Fingers crossed for a return to lifting stuff...3 days off.. dying on my arse not going to the weight room. Im there 6-9 times a week usually.
Man makers.. once your core fatigues your gonna be battling the 'squish' and 'chest fall' .. and my God is it exponential harder with anterior loads.
Not just you.. i like high sets \ low reps but a lot of volume.. or low set \ low rep heavy..
