    I don't train tng at all.. other than this block.
    Its obscure i agree.
    I cant keep tight like with a pause.

    Gonna hammer banded bench to develop stretch reflex and reversal power with overspeed eccentrics.

    Do you find high rep FS difficult at the upper end? I'm talking past about 6 reps?

    I find that's when I start suffering with the bar wanting to roll off my shoulders. Or is that just weak Tyler being weak?

    Got some thai cold meds from my boss.. got him self a thai wifey.. imported meds are supposed to be 5* and likely not regulated in the uk lol..

    Man makers.. once your core fatigues your gonna be battling the 'squish' and 'chest fall' .. and my God is it exponential harder with anterior loads.

    Not just you.. i like high sets \ low reps but a lot of volume.. or low set \ low rep heavy..

    High rep sets can suck my nuts.. im pretty sure i tried a widow maker with 80kg .. and died.. lol
