Day 46: Woke up with some serious allergies going on, hopefully they diminish as the day goes on.
Breakfast : 2.5oz summer sausage, 1 babybel gouda cheese circle. - approx. 260cal. (didn't have a lot of time to eat, so I didn't get many calories in.)
Lunch : 3oz summer sausage, 1 scoop greens powder - approx. 330cal.
Dinner/PWO:4 servings peppered salami, 3.5oz mozzarella cheese, 1oz sausage, 1oz beef jerky
Workout today:

Day 47 :
Breakfast - 2oz cheese, 1oz sausage, 1.25 serv salami.
Lunch -1 oz cheddar cheese, 2oz mozzarella cheese, 2.5serv salami, 1 serv new Orleans style sausage.
Dinner - forgot what I ate for dinner.

Day 48: Most of my calories have come from cheese so far today unfortunately, while still meeting my macros, can't be good for me.
Today is the day I wait in line forever to see the first 3d showing of star wars in my city. I plan on running a few miles later tonight after the movie (I'm glad we have a 24/7 gym.)---------Dalk

Day 49: 30min boxing (heavy bag training), 1mile run @ 7.2mph, 10min stairstepper. Weighed in at 171.4, which is about the same I've been at for 1-2wks.
Day 50: Rest Day
Day 51: Might be out of ketosis, had a bottle of wine and fruit yesterday. No worries, I'll make it up with some good cardio this afternoon with my chest/tri workout.
Workout :
-Bench Press 4 sets of 135lb x 10reps.
-Chest Press Machine 4 sets of 155lb x 10reps.
-Standing Skullcrusher 4 sets of 40lb x 10reps.
-Tricep Pushdown (cable) 6 sets of 40lb x 12reps.
-Assisted Dips 3 sets of +60lb x 9reps.
-1 mile Run @ 7.4mph.
Weighed in at 170lb today, which is 78% to my goal of 165 (a total of 18.8lbs lost in 51 days.)

Day 52:
Scheduled workout today:
-Squats 4 sets of 6-10reps.
-Upright Hamstring Curl Machine 4 sets of 10-20reps.
-Leg Extension 4 sets of 8-12reps.
-Walking Lunges 4 sets of 20-40reps + 8-10reps of standing overhead press at the beginning and end of each set.
-Calf Raises 4 sets of 8-12 reps.
Did the above workout as well as a 3 mile run at 6.5mph.

Day 53:
Breakfast - 2oz mozzarella cheese, 1tbsp coconut oil (62% MCT.) ----- 280cal, 25fat, 9 protein, 0 carbs.
Lunch - 2oz pepperjack cheese, 1oz mozzarella cheese, 2 eggs, 3 servings chicharonnes, 1 beef+cheese slim jim. ----- 732cal, 52 fat, 61 protein, 4 carbs.
Dinner- 2serv salami, 3oz mozzarella cheese, 2tbsp guacamole -----
PWO- 2serv salami, 1oz cheese.
Tracked macros today : 71% fat, 24% protein, 5% carbs.
Workout today : Did 30min of light boxing and a 1mile run at 6.5mph. I was so exhausted I struggled through the cardio, that leg workout and couple miles yesterday really tired me out.Last edited by dalkon; 12-24-2015 at 06:43 AM.

You're in 169lbs! Great work, you're very close to your goal actually
PS: If you're going to get out from ketosis/ketogenic diet when you reach your goal, I will recommend you this:
- Try to get lower than 165lbs, because you're going to gain water weight (just a bit lower, not too much)
- If you're going to reincorporate carbs, do it slow and plan ahead what are you going to do

Thanks! I'm glad I finally broke the 170 barrier and am into the 160-169 range.
I'm hoping to hit 165 in the next 2wks or so. I'm not 100% sure if I'll get off keto after I reach my goal though, but it seems like the best option to get off so I can build muscle (and enjoy bread again.)

Day 54: Pretty tired today. Need some more sleep before I attempt to do a back+biceps workout this afternoon.
Breakfast- 3oz mozzarella cheese, 1tbsp guacamole, 1serv salami ----- 374cal, 22fat, 21protein, 6carbs (1g from sugar.)

Day 63: I keep forgetting to update my food logs on here haha. Oh well.
Anyways, I'm planning on being done with keto in a week or so. It's been real, and Keto has worked well for me for weight loss, but It's time to focus on gaining muscle/strength and such.---------Dalk

Day 64 : Slowly increasing carb and protein intake, and will be decreasing fat intake shortly. I plan on eating a very well balanced diet when I'm out of ketosis.
I don't think I'll feel right eating carbs like bread for a while, so I'll probably stick to vegetables and brown rice in moderation when I do go back to carbs. It'll probably be a week or two before I'm back to carbs though. I'll probably stay on a caloric deficit for a while.---------Dalk

Day 66 : Started switching to a paleo style diet for the past 2 days, transitioning out of ketosis. My workout today felt way better than on keto, felt like I had more energy. It seems I gained 1lb or so in the past 2 days, water weight I suppose. I think this log may be concluded soon, so I can start my new diet transition log.
