Hey guys, just wanted to ask you what you think about "I Cant Believe It's Not Butter" Light.
For me it seems a good alternative sometimes to PB, when you need some fat and little calories to fit your macros, but is it a healthy choice though?
I'm not going to replace PB with butter entirely though, just thought I could incorporate it in my diet.
Calories: 40
Serving Size: 1 TBS.
Fat: 4g
Saturated Fat: 1g
Trans Fat: 0g.
Polyunsaturated Fat: 2g
Monounsaturated Fat: 1g.
Sodium: 80mg
Carb: 0g.
Protein: 0g.
Just wanted to know if its healthy for you since it has good unsaturated fats.

Don't eat that crap; it's marketed to clueless sheep who can't or won't put in some time and effort to research what's actually 'healthy' and what's not. Just use real butter.
Not sure why you feel the need for an 'alternative' to peanut butter, but you seem to be confused about basic nutrition. I suggest you spend some time here:
