I'm new to posting here, but thought this would be great to share and help to keep me accountable as well.
What I'll include:

*Maybe general lifting/cardio but I change my routine often so I may be too lazy to post it all
I will get my "before photos" up as well as weight after I begin Friday morning. My highest weight was 210 lbs 2 years ago, around 170 now. I competed a year ago at 157 in my first competition, but wasn't lean enough. You can see photos on my bodyspace. Within the last year, I've had a lot of personal stuff and changes going on and haven't been as focused. I'm ready to get my body right.
Feel free to post here if you have any questions and we can follow each other if you have a log as well.
I'll post again by Friday to give you my beginning stats/photos. Hope you are all meeting your goals!

If you want details on my daily intake, follow me on MFP (TrainerTrey). Look at the previous day vs. the current as I play around with numbers to plan my day so the final numbers will be available a day after the actual day.
My girl wasn't feeling well this morning so I didn't bother her with pics. Hopefully tomorrow.

My "before" Photos as Promised
Before y'all ask, yes, I'm transgender and not ashamed of it. Don't like it, quietly move along. Don't care? Awesome, stick around and watch my progress.
Here are a couple shots I took this morning.
Weight is 172.2 lbs.
Breakfast was eggs, bacon, and spinach. The bacon is a little, umm, well done, but it was still good. I am not a great cook. Fortunately, my girl is so I'll post some good meals, too.

Which is your goal? or bf % goal?
PS: My quads are pretty much like yours, I mean, they take over my physique (although I considered myself an atlete, but who cares lol). I don't even train so much legs, but I do a lot of bicycle during the week, they're kind of massive comparing to my upper body. Anyways, if you can, post macros of food or something like that, would be cool.
