    timing of changing accessory exercises

    going on a fairly severe cut for 8 weeks, definitely not going to make any strength or muscle gains. If I start a new accessory exercise will my body be too used to it by the time i start bulking again? IS that how it works? If so will try and find a different one for the cut.

    Well I am powerlifting. Just not sure why people keep changing accessory exercises so much then. WHy not do the same one for a year. Im only doing 1 for legs atm, glute ham raise.

    As said thats not how it works. I've been doing the same two accessories for squat and bench for over a year.

    Also If you are indeed 6'4" 199lbs you should not be doing a "severe cut". Hell you should be looking to gain 50+ lbs.

    big LOL at NOT GONNA GAIN ON A DEFICIT. my paused bench 1RM went from 100kg at 65kg to 120kg at 61kg in 5 months. u tell urself ur not gonna make gains then yeah ur prolly screwed m8
