i was never down talking you 3% seemed very low, and judging by your avatar your front was leaner than those who won their pro-cards this year on the national stage. meaning you would of stood a good chance going toe to toe with them on the elite stage. You never said anything to tick me off, i have seen your success with yourself and your clients, i was just trying to say that from your avatar you have those guys beat who won their pro-cards. you may not be interested in reaching the pro level or doing a pro qualifier but you have the effort to do so, why not get it? Gat, your clients, and your friends would all support and back you through the process.


while that may be hard to admit, your head is in the right place at your age and your focus on health and staying healthy in the long run. a great decision many gym goers do not focus on. its sad to see the new generation pushing drugs and wanting to get on an elite stage in thirty years their body may say otherwise.

If there was a capsule that gave you exactly x-caloires at a x - x - x macro set and you didn't have to eat...I'd do that. Eating is just a waste of time... I hate it. I do love Supertein shakes though !

Only used it once so far, but it seemed to give decent pump and very good energy and endurance. I'll post a review after more workouts with it!

Greens for always sunny hahaha. Glad you've given it a try at least - my favorite flavor is definitely the tropical ice if you haven't tried it. Highly recommended
