*on second rep of 275, my left oblique had a sharp pain. Third rep hurt too. Couldn't lift the 305 due to pain. So CRAP! I've injured myself again. Iced it immediately. Taking ibuprofen. I've always had troubles with my abdominal wall, and here's another instance biting me in the...side.

Saturday starts a deload, so I shall. But I have to re-evaluate my strength training in light of two things. One, I keep injuring my obliques. They are strong, but somehow, they keep tearing at relatively heavy weight. But two, I'm going to be 55 years old in a few weeks, and I'm beginning to realize I'm not going to be able to capture the glory years again. So....re-evaluating....Every once in a while, there's a sudden gust of gravity...
