We have a similar rule. My wife never calls me, but she'll text me. That way I get to decide how important it is. Sometimes I put it in airplane mode, but that is mainly when recording video so it doesn't get cut off. But i've been there before and it does suck when you're mentally locked in and then it hits the fan.

We've had several in the past 10 days....mostly about what needs to be done first. Of course, I am always right. Until I am wrong. We have done out best to understand we are stressed and laugh it off. Moving sucks!
Except we will get rid of 15 years of accumulation....haven't used that in 5 years = give it away. What is that for? I don't know = gone.
