    That is the idea to have a pattern. I am not actively trying to lose or gain. Last few weeks I have lost a few lbs during the week and then gain it back on the weekend. My weekend game is still sketchy at best.

    We have a similar rule. My wife never calls me, but she'll text me. That way I get to decide how important it is. Sometimes I put it in airplane mode, but that is mainly when recording video so it doesn't get cut off. But i've been there before and it does suck when you're mentally locked in and then it hits the fan.

    I used to thrive on the anger...there was a time in my life the gym was my only refuge from the world. That has certainly changed, as much about my life has.

    I try to remain as focused as possible, especially meet prep training and then deal with it after...easier said than done.

    We've had several in the past 10 days....mostly about what needs to be done first. Of course, I am always right. Until I am wrong. We have done out best to understand we are stressed and laugh it off. Moving sucks!

    Except we will get rid of 15 years of accumulation....haven't used that in 5 years = give it away. What is that for? I don't know = gone.

    Hopefully Wade, my coach, will see this and explain further. It is mostly to keep me healthy (not get sick) but it also is aids in recovery, but mostly I am taking it because Wade reccomends it
