You hit a lot of PR's for being short on time

Your eating plan has a pattern. How is it working out right now? Are you still trying to drop weight or just maintain?

That is the idea to have a pattern. I am not actively trying to lose or gain. Last few weeks I have lost a few lbs during the week and then gain it back on the weekend. My weekend game is still sketchy at best.

    I eat PRs

    TRAINING
    Highlights Version
    CGDP: 410x6 Matched Rep PR!
I took a call from Erica and we had an argument that was super stupid. This threw me off and I couldn't get focused again
    CGDP 415x0
    415x2

    Detailed Version
I was feeling good going in. This L-Tyrosine Wade has me taking before my pre-workout is definitely awesome.

    CGDP
    3RM=425, 6RM=410 (today), 8RM=380
    45x12, 95x8, 135x5, 185x3, 225x3, 275x1, 315x1, 365x1
    410x6 Matched Rep PR!
    415x0
    415x2

As stated above I got a call from Erica between these sets and we had a dumb fight. I am more pissed that I let it effect my training than anything. We made up right after the workout and have no put a rule in place to only interrupt training if it is super important. I learned the lesson that getting angry and amped up does not help my training

TG Narrow Grip Row - 170x12x3
TG Close Grip Pulldown - 170x8x3
Rear Delt Cable Cross - 5x12x3
    Hammer Curl - 50x12x3
TG Shrugs on Bicep Curl Machine - 160x12x3

    DB Shrugs - 50x20x3

    Walking
About 2 miles between assistance moves

We have a similar rule. My wife never calls me, but she'll text me. That way I get to decide how important it is. Sometimes I put it in airplane mode, but that is mainly when recording video so it doesn't get cut off. But i've been there before and it does suck when you're mentally locked in and then it hits the fan.

This happens from time to time. Doesn't happen AT the gym, though, because by the time I leave she's in bed.

But it's happened BEFORE I've left for the gym, ruining it for me and having me stay home.

I used to thrive on the anger...there was a time in my life the gym was my only refuge from the world. That has certainly changed, as much about my life has.

I try to remain as focused as possible, especially meet prep training and then deal with it after...easier said than done.

Stupid fights are stupid. Did she call you after the several bottles of wine and doing yoga that she posted on IG? LOL

We've had several in the past 10 days....mostly about what needs to be done first. Of course, I am always right. Until I am wrong. We have done out best to understand we are stressed and laugh it off. Moving sucks!

Except we will get rid of 15 years of accumulation....haven't used that in 5 years = give it away. What is that for? I don't know = gone.
