Micellar Whey is a whey protein that has gone through a patented process in which the protein molecules are more than doubled in size. This in turn takes longer to digest, thus giving you the digestion rate of Casein but ALL of the properties of Whey (Higher BV & luecine). TRUE GRIT: PROTEIN has 50% Micellar, so you get both fast AND slow digesting proteins in one product....no need to buy both whey and Casein🌍 Talk is cheap, Actions are priceless 🌝

To answer your question, No. It's not as thick as casein. I have MT Micellar Casein and True Grit, neither are what I would necessarily consider "thick" if you're comparing to casein. That being said if you mix it and wait an hour or two before you drink it you might be able to thicken it up. Or add less liquid of course.

Not thick like casein. Thicker then other whey proteins but not like casein.
