hi guys I didn't find a general forum for all my questions...so I hope u forgive me lets leave the supplement part for last...1st what is the difference between the transformation goal and the muscle gaining goal..in another form what is weight gaining ( muscle + fat ) goes under ..transformation or muscle gaining ...cuz am rly rly skinny
2nd ...I cant find a workout plan for ectomorphs aka for gaining weight ..I need one of those with the awesome bodybuilders I saw..cuz when I clicked the transformation it gave me workouts for fat burning I want fats ...
last question is about supplements...I have been taking mass peak inner armour for about 20 days and I gained lets say from 51.5 kilo to 55...about 3.5 kilos...so is that good or its just the newbie effect ?...that's a question
another question ..why inner armour mass peak 5kg is no longer listed in the site ...is it bad ?.. if it is
final question what should I be taking next....in order please ON pro gainer , true mass 1200 ,real gains ?

You don't need any supplements. I'd recommend starting at the nutrition and exercise forums to get a good base going. Supplements won't do anything for you at all.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

MassTech is a great tasting and convenient way to get in some extra calories. Eating more whole foods is the better option though.

More calories. A mass gainer could be a shake...it could be steak and potatoes...it could be PB. Anything that puts you over your maintenance calories
