    I've come too far to let life knock me out. I was off the health grid for a month while I sorted things out, and now I'm learning to live life like a "normal man." LOL

    Hi everyone. I'm just popping on to give an update. I haven't been working out, and my diet is mediocre (but not brutal).

    I'm still trying to get in a groove after my separation, but I'm determined to do it. I think I need to get back into my habit of tracking intake religiously on my spreadsheet, posting here often, reading the motivational threads, and looking at the 'Mirin photo collections like I used to. I've come too far to lose it all, and I will not let that happen. Look for a new log in the new year.
