Hi Pros,
Need some help here. Started carrying weights for about 3 months. Before that i was like really fat(sorry do not have a photo of that) , do a lot read ups here and there from here. Cut down on sodas, cakes,ice creams. my weight drop from 76kg to current 73.6kg.
Didn't calculate my macros , i just eat whatever is available though at night i will try not to consume any carbs.
Breakfast mainly 1 bowl of oatmeal , and 1 egg and 1 cup of coffee with milk.
Lunch mainly consist of 1 plate of rice with soya sauce meat , green vegetable , scrambled eggs
Dinner mainly consist of 1 bowl of beef soup.
Late night snack is 100g of cottage cheese and a cup of skim milk
Didn't consume any protein shake at all during this 3 months.
Due to my low post count i can't attach any images hence i have attach 2 photos of my current body state on my profile. Do i bulk or cut?
I rarely hit the gym due to my really busy work schedule hence i usually will workout at home with dumbbells only when i finish work. I will try to workout Mon(Chest/Triceps) , Wednesday(Shoulder/Bicep) , Friday(Back/Leg. Sometimes i will hit gym on Fridays)

judging from your profile pic, I would cut. you will gain muscle more rapidly from starting from a lean state than you will from not being lean. To keep it simple for diet, I would stick with egg whites 2 pacs of oatmeal fish oil and multi in morning, rest of meals boneless/skinless chicken with rice and veggies. 1.5g protein per 1pound of LBM
