Haha yeah, the answer is protein. You don't really need carbs and fat as supplements. But if you are asking...as far as supplements go you really only need to worry about protein, and multi vitamin, and fish oil.
Eat paleo / zone, lift heavy, run fast, fight hard, etc. You'll be good.www.crossfit.com
