Greens Freak is an awesome all in one health supplement that provides a heavy dose of greens, some reds, antioxidants, probiotics, etc!! In addition, to all of the healthy, superfood ingredients that are packed into Greens Freak, the taste of the sweet apple flavor is so so good! The flavor isn't really that apple-like; it is a subtle apple, but the main flavor I can taste is a tea-like, matcha one! I definitely sip on it slowly so that I can enjoy it!

Now the product isn't perfect. A lot of probiotics (live bacterial strains) are chewed up by stomach acid and don't take hold in the stomach. The science behind adaptogens isn't solid, though it is intellectually stimulating. Digestive enzymes haven't been demonstrated as effective to aid in human digestion, though in theory it should work. However, Greens Freak's attempt at delivering these health benefits is admirable! Moreover, the rest of Green Freak definitely delivers real health benefits, especially to those who have big holes in their diet!

In terms of my experience with Greens Freak, I felt that it helped boost my physical energy, keep me healthy, and filled any of my nutritional gaps despite my healthy diet! There are definitely some unique ingredients that are hard to incorporate into your diet, but are demonstrably good for you!

The formula is partially transparent, which is a great thing, but I wish it was 100% transparent! Ultimately, I appreciate the behemoth of a formula that covers a lot of health and wellness basis! Overall, Greens Freak is a premier greens and health promoting supplement!

Took advantage of the deal a couple weeks back on it when it was BOGO 50% off. Flavor isn't great but not as bad as some of the other greens supplements I've tried. I love the natural energy and feeling I get after drinking it though. Drink right away in the morning and it really wakes me up quick and my body actually gets a nice little pump from it as well.
