    Been eating healthy 2100-2500 calories a day (I'm 16, 153 pounds) I workout 6 days a week and gain muscle while also losing fat a little at a time it's the perfect balance

    Been eating healthy 2100-2500 calories a day (I'm 16, 153 pounds) I workout 6 days a week and gain muscle while also losing fat a little at a time it's the perfect balance
    Unless you are very short 153 is not very heavy and likely not the best to be losing weight. Again, pictures would be best for providing more thorough advice.

    I knew I was forgetting something haha, yeah im 6'0 but im not losing weight just putting muscle on and losing fat. I can sumbit some pics tomorrow

    Really no need, at 6' there is no reason at all you should be focusing on losing any weight at all and you are eating fat less than you should be. You problem is not the amount of fat you have, but the lack of muscle mass.

    Looking at the pictures in your gallery you need to be focusing on progressive overload and eating enough to grow.

    well 2500 calories a day I think should be enough to grow and I have been working with progressive overload, I just started at a much worse state than you see it the current photo's. Submitting some more sunday

    Given your height/weight, it is unlikely 2500 is nearly enough to be growing to your full potential; as long as you are gaining strength and weight though than that is a positive thing.

    Yeah I just used a Tdee calculator I should be eating 300 more. Back when I first started I was eating 1800 maybe a day. Pretty sure I stunted my growth pretty badly

    Not likely, it takes genuine starvation to impact growth. If you had been anorexic it might effect growth.
