spent the whole weekend putting in a new clutch kit in my 04 GTO. what a pain in the butt. learned a lot though.

pretty much have done all the work on the car by myself and my brother. but this was by far the biggest project.

Also it doesn't go off the knee cap. It goes off the top surface of the knee.

i didn't draw that up. Guys from Revoltion Training System did I believe. I've heard the "top of the knee" is the "knee cap" the "top surface" it's all opinion based it seems on where the top is.

he had 3m on and he said it's too much wrap for him. Not sure on his logic, as I have tried wraps twice.

He just wasn't strong enough to sink it. Wraps causing depth issues is because you're sitting into the wrap too much instead of back.

IIRC, his reasoning is that he has a strong pull with that stance, so he thought he'd have a strong squat with the same stance. Not sure it's the best logic lol but I'm not one to argue with what he's done. Like I said, it hurts me just to watch him.

Here is my meet video from the SPF meet you all are talking about. I hit my first ever 2000lb total, went 9 for 9, and 7 out of 9 lifts were PR's. Weighed in at 234. I totaled 1855 at 195 in June, 1900 in November at 220, and 2000 Saturday in the 242 class.

Multiple sets of 10. Probably 15 or so if I went all out in one set.

first set ~15, second set 10-12, third set I get 5 if I'm lucky.

50 lbs and a few years ago I got really good at pullups and could do them with a few plates attached.

Probably around 15 chinups (palms facing towards you) if I'm fresh. Pullups (palms facing away) always seem to agitate my shoulders.
