Anyone watching open nats? Just saw a guy lifting raw (lol) stand up with his squat, 385 or so, then dump it off his back.
First time I've ever seen it. Meet director said it was the first time ever having to kick someone out like that.
FWIW I bought my suit from Titan in person and they told me unless you're super wide to get the normal stance.

Ya saw the raw lifter dump. Does that weird lockout too hard stops pulling bar into them. Bar pops up and comes unstable.

Bought a used 44 WS for 80 quid, would've had to pay out the ass for a new one if I wanted RS, too risky considering I might hate the thing lol

After seeing a hard workout you may want to complain and want others to pity you for the work you have to do. Your mom will pity you. Your girl will pity you. I may pity you, but your competition will not pity you. They will step on you, walk over you and spit on you. Boris Sheiko

quick question for those of you guys that get massages. Planning on getting one (deep tissue) for the first time on Wednesday (off day). I usually have my heavy dead lift sessions on Thursday right after my day off from gym. I've heard of people saying you shouldn't lift heavy for a couple days right after a massage - any truth it to it, or shouldn't be a big deal?

i'm usually sore for a couple days after a targeted deep tissue massage, so I'll avoid lifting what was worked on. I usually schedule my massages around my training schedule depending on what needs to be addressed.
i.e. squat on sunday, get massage focused on legs on monday which won't affect my benching tuesday that much. wednesday's an off day, so i should be good to go for squats on thursday.*Mods/CS will not, nor can they change your username, so don't ask*

For those who have trained conjugate how often do you recycle your max effort movements?

anywhere from 6-8 weeks to 6 months depending on the variation and how applicable it was to my current situation.
note: I did 5 years of conjugate style training. It worked well for lifting in gear, but I would never want to do it again and feel that it held back my lifting progress significantly.

Any of the fam done Prolotherapy? I am not a fan of having to get a steroid shot in my knee every 4 or 5 weeks.... It seems that Prolotherapy may be a better option?
