    Question about food labels

hey all, i got today from the store something that looks a bit too good to be true if u ask me LOL, so i thought i should see what you all think. theres a romanian brand of gingerbread that has 450 kcal/100g and 19g of protein/100g if i remember correctly, for 50 cents or something if id convert from my currency; idk about u but to me it really looks like its way too good to be true, so the question is, is what's written on the food label 100% true always, or is this 1 a case in which the label lies? because if its true, im tempted to buy those every day, since they're good to hit the protein requirements every day while having a treat that tastes amazing. sadly i didnt take pics of them but i will next time i buy them, so whats your thoughts on this?

My thought is this- I have no idea of the legitimacy of this company, buy a simple Google search would no doubt inform you if they have been charged with fraudulent labeling or not.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
