Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day and also one of the most difficult for me. Made so mostly by my inability to get up early enough to fix a proper meal. So here is my question: "What did you guys have for breakfast today?" I need some variety in my meals and maybe you guys can give me some ideas. By the way, I had a meal replacement shake for breakfast because I was running late.
Always Hungry,

I'm boring. I'll usually have a MET-RX Colossal/Big 100 or a MET-RX Protein Plus Bar for brunch. It's easy, the macros are good, and they taste good.
EDIT: Forgot to add I also take 1 scoop of Amazing Grass Superfood in 16oz of water mixed with one packet of Crystal Light. Good stuff.

This..
I just drink a coffee
Hit your numbers and allocate your macros/calories based off what works best for you
at the end of the day 3 meals, 4 meals, 6 meals is your personal preference.
whatever keeps you on track, dedicated, and consistent is what matters most, not if you eat oatmeal and eggwhites at 9 AM or 9 PM
eat whatever you want if you want beef and pasta at 9am go for it, if you want protein sludge and fruit then eat it. If you want chicken and rice eat it. Vary your meals to prevent burning out of eating the same stuff over and over and use different spices/seasonings/sauces to help add variety.

I don't agree with a lot of the responses here, and a protein bar loaded with preservatives and Saturated fat is not a good long term solution.
Get a whole wheat bagel and put peanut butter on it and eat it's you drive to work. Or make a bowl of cereal and sprinkle strawberry protein powder on top. Or rice cakes with peanut butter and honey.
Those options are all quick, and the bagel with PB can be made the night before and wrapped in a paper towel and zapped in microwave for 15 seconds before eating to make it better.Senior Gaspari Board Rep/Brand Ambassador

Sorry, let me elaborate. Its one of "my" most important meals. I usually feel pretty awful when I don't eat breakfast. Something about getting something on my stomach first thing that helps me get going. When I skip that first meal, I spend the rest of the day trying to catch up.

For me personally, this is what I "fix" for breakfast every day before class -
2 scoops BSN Syntha-6 (currently Choco PB)
16oz almond milk
2 Kroger Multigrain Waffles
Comes out to be ~700 calories, 74g carbs, 50g protein, and 17g fat for the breakdown. Keeps me full for a bit, but it's not too heavy of a meal either.Instagram - @mooddani

"sandwiches" more than one? lol. Oh I love nut butter. What brand do you get?
Boiled or scrambled? I find that I can eat more eggs if they are scrambled, but I do love boiled eggs.
What are overnight oats? Did you make them the day before?
Variety! I like this. That omlette sounds good. My biggest problem is time. So I rarely make an omelet and when I do it is usually not very creative.
That egg sandwich sounds delicious...you should post us a picture of that. =-)
Oooh is that cream cheese hot? I love Jalapeno flavor but not so much the heat.
Hmmm...where are all of the calories coming from? Are you using syrup?Available to Rep!

I rarely eat breakfast, or before 4pm, even though I wake up at 9-10am. If I do I usually have 4-6 whole eggs and 2-4 slices of toast. A lot of times I'll have a Kroger brand Carb Master yogurt (check them out good macros and lots of flavors), and occasionally I'll throw in some bacon or something.

Have to eat breakfast crew.
Usually 3-4 hard boiled eggs, 1 Fa-ge Plain Greek yogurt and 1/2-1 avocado. With some coffee.
Sometimes it's a quick shake to go. On my days off and with my family, we eat breakfast somewhere. I usually get some fried eggs with grits or oatmeal. Sometimes with French toast as well.Your nutrition and workout program determines your success.
FL and NC crew. Lol @ living in PA. Just LOL.

I alternate but in my Arsenal is
Raison bran with a protein shake or yogurt
Oatmeal with coconut flakes and cherries sweetened with honey and a protein shake or yogurt
Breakfast burrito consisting of 2 eggs 2 sausages and an ounce or so of cheese
Ham and cheese omelette or if I'm feeling fancy a prosciutto and cheese omelette
Those are pretty much all I ever make myself, my wife does pancakes and French toast and stuff like that. We also usually have a dozen or so boiled eggs in the fridge.___----Xtend Representative----___

You're a rep and haven't heard of overnight oats? Where you been bro?
Take the dry ingredient of oats and protein powder and mix in bowl. I add small bits of cashew milk at a time until it's just a little more watery than protein sludge. Stick in fridge for several hours(usually the oats absorb fully in about 4-5 hours. Just pull out of the fridge and eat. If not enough milk is used and it's too thick, just splash some more on top and mix. It's usually nice and creamy and makes the oats soft.Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!
