Question Is this diet good for bodybuilding?

I'm 20 years old and weigh 143 lbs.

    Calories: 1500
    Protein: 123g
    Fat: 17.5g
    Carbs: 213g
    Sodium: 3,215

Everyday this is what my meals typically look like:

Morning: Small bowl of brown rice and black beans mixed with 1 tbsp of low sodium soy sauce

Afternoon: Hand trimmed baked chicken breast with side of brown rice and black beans mixed with 1 tbsp of low sodium soy sauce

Dinner: Same as Lunch, except I also drink a protein shake because I usually eat dinner right after the gym.

If your trying to gain mass, which I assume at 143 pounds you are trying to do... Why are you only eating 1500 calories

Fat should be at least 65 gram. More is fine.

Calories should be well over 2000.

Bro, you need to eat more. Your calories should be at least 2400 with 110-140g of protein. It's debatable how to split your carbs and fat and doesn't really matter all that much imo.

Also wtf is sodium????? And why tf are you tracking it????

Whoa 65 grams seems like a lot. What is a good type of healthy food with fat in it that I could mix in with my current diet to meet the 65 grams?

65g is fine for you. Things with healthy fats would be nuts, seeds, and fish. Salmon, hemp, walnuts, flax seed. Honestly why don't you just google it? there are too many options for me to list

ANY fat except industrial trans fats.

You probably need a 1000 more calories to gain weight.

Drink whole milk, eat nuts and peanut butter.

Is this diet good for bodybuilding?

No, it's not 'good;' it's terrible.

You're starving yourself with such a low calorie intake, your hormone levels will drop like a rock due to inadequate fat intake, and you're extremely deficient in vitamins and minerals. Eating the same limited number of foods will have you hating your meals in a matter of a week or two.

As you've already been advised, read the stickies at the top of this forum.
    No brain, no gain.

"The fitness and nutrition world is a breeding ground for obsessive-compulsive behavior. The irony is that many of the things people worry about have no impact on results either way, and therefore aren't worth an ounce of concern."--Alan Aragon
