Hi guys,
I'm a 15 year old wanna-be bodybuilder who started weightlifting a couple of months ago (and got satisfactory results )
Recently, i was wondering whether or not to start taking supplements. But the problem is that, when i started lifting
weights, i promised to myself that i aspire to become a completely natural skinny-ripped guy, and would avoid supplements
( let alone steroids ) at all costs. Many nutrition articles here encourage the use of supplements. THE MOST IMPORTANT
THING IS, I LIVE IN A THIRD WORLD COUNTRY WHERE IT COSTS A FORTUNE TO BUY SUPPLEMENTS...By the way, i already
have a balanced diet, so i personally think that taking supplements is unnecessary.
My question to u all is that: will it be worth spending all that fortune on supplements, or should i just avoid them completely?
I would really appreciate the help.
Thanks,
15 year old Dreamer

If you understand what the word "supplement" truly means, therein lies the answer. Go with Crom my friend.

If your diet is already well balanced, and you are getting enough calories then you do not need supplements. Train hard rest well and you will make progress.

No supplement is recommended for minors.
No brain, no gain.
"The fitness and nutrition world is a breeding ground for obsessive-compulsive behavior. The irony is that many of the things people worry about have no impact on results either way, and therefore aren't worth an ounce of concern."--Alan Aragon
