    Thumbs up

    Ingredients

1- 1/2 cup of oat powder (Muscle Feast Brand) Oat flour or ground up oats will also work

    2- 1 70cc scoop and 1/2 of Iso-Smooth Vanilla

3- 1/4 tsp of baking soda

4- 1/2 tsp of baking powder

5- 1/4 cup of chopped roasted peanuts

6- 1/4 cup of dried tart cherries cut up into tiny pieces

7- 1/2 of a 2.8 oz bar of Fire Works Choc Bar (Trader Joe Spicy Choc Bar) cut up into tiny pieces

8- 1 tsp of liquid vanilla extract

9- 2 tbs of Chunky unsalted PB at room temp (Trader Joe Brand)

10- 1 egg white beaten in a separate bowl and added at the end to the cookie dough

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl then add the PB and the extract and mix up the dough then add the egg white
and combine thoroughly. Then take your cookie scooper and drop small ping pong sized balls onto a cookie sheet
that has been coated with nonstick spray. When all the dough is on the sheet take a fork and flatten each of the
balls of dough and pinch in the sides to keep the dough together while flattening. When all the cookies are formed
with the dough place the pan into a 325 degree preheated for about 10 or until the bottom of the cookies has browned.
When the cookies have cooled completely plce them in a container and store them in the fridge until your ready
to eat and these cookies are great to take with you on the go and enjoy them in between meals.

    Fluff

Not exactly baking, but so easy that you can't screw this up!

    Recipe:

20-30g of Casein or protein blend
3-6g of Xanthan gum - the less casein content the more gum u need IME
12oz of water - experiment with this! but 12oz is a good starting point
Blend on high with a mix untill it achieves desired consistency.

I sometimes like to freeze it to get a froyo sorta dessert.

    fluff megaTHREAD

Nice looking cake and I like the ingredients but I would swap out the flour and use oat powder and this
recipe looks like it lends itself well to adding other flavors to it so it could be a nice base for some
unique flavors. I might have to give this recipe a try one day.

    So winner number 1,

    Aramirezjr

So I ended up using a cinnamon protein for this and came out awesome. Everytime I made a protein cheesecake in the past it was just ok because it usually had too much sweetener so tasted fake. This one had very little in it and came out better imo that way. I didnt use a crust to save carbs on it but this came out really good and I got a freakin pump mixing everything lol

    winner 2,

    superhuman67

Ill be honest with you, I almost didnt give it to you because the recipes you posted were not very appetizing to me. What I did instead with your bar recipe was I used pumpkin cookie butter from trader joes in place of almond butter, took out banana, apple sauce, and coconut, and used oats along with almond flour and it came out really good surprisingly although the pic doesnt do it justice. the other thing is that this was simple to make, everything else was too much instruction lol

    winner 3,

    Kennysvgp08

Apparently the pic I thought I took didn't come out for the pancakes, admittedly I was rushed when I made them so I didnt actually pay attention to whether the pic even took itself or not but aside from using no sweetener in your pancake recipe, your recipe for pancakes came out really good. And I never really thought about using cream cheese as a glaze so to speak like a cinnamon roll and that works as a good replacement to maple syrup.

    runner up

    Muruku

Your pancake recipe I had done in the past and honestly hated it and I tried it again this time since the last time I had used egg whites rather than whole eggs, and it tasted a bit better this go around but still wasnt anything special to me. As for your other recipes, I had done again things similar to them and they weren't very good. But because you made the pancake better than my last time, I want to include you in the winners list so I can get you out some stuff.

So with that said, if your name was mentioned above, PM me your name and shipping info (zip, state, city, etc) AND WHAT FLAVOR OF PROTEIN YOU WANT (link below theres 5 flavors). Be sure to keep checking out the promo section for more opportunities, you will be seeing them frequently and as always thank you to those who applied!

Thanks for the opp to try this protein and it will be the first ANS supplement that I try and glad you were
able to tinker with one of the recipes I posted and make it your own and I post up a lot of recipes for things
I make but nothing is set in stone so it's just to give an idea how to make something and people are free to
change it up and make it with the ingredients they like so again nice job with the bars.

I saw that flavor of cookie butter the last time I was at Trader Joe so I might pickit up a jar next time I'm
there and try it out on a recipe or two

Thanks! I really love this cheesecake and enjoy when others are able to enjoy it too! I too sometimes save on the carbs by not doing the crust...but a lot of times I want that extra texture. PM incoming!
