    Struggling to build muscle, increase power and have good cardio for my wrestling. Anyone know how I can split these 3 over 7 days. Thanks.

    May have to prioritize. There's only so much you can do. If you try to do all three evenly enough to recover, you may not be improving much in any of them.

    I'm surprised your wrestling coach hasn't given you and your teammates instructions or a "home regimen" to follow... Do you have a coach, or are you aspiring to try out when schools open back up?
