Casual observations of other people's lifts and strength are very poor indicators of their entire training history.
Generally, getting stronger through a variety of rep ranges and exercises/variations is a very good goal for hypertrophy5 day full body crew

Maybe they use different protocols, and we all know about specificity. You get good at what you do, Which includes rep ranges. Especially if one person trains the skill of low rep high intensity (%1rm) and the other doesn't.
You also have to account for anthropometry and your leverages. Then add that Good insertions and muscle bellies for "looking big" generally aren't the ones you want for force production.
A bigger muscle certainly does has the potential for being stronger than a smaller one. But only when compared on that one individual. See above for why.
I just never compare my self to others, I just feel sorry for them xD try caring less what others are doing really.
Or.... You may just have dysmorohic eyesight and just think you're smaller. suprising how many people are like this.FMH crew - Couch.
