Alright guys, so with the holidays coming to an end, me being on winter break, and me hating being fat, I'm gonna really tackle this cut hard. Going to try and get as lean as my last mini-cut(165ish). Will be posting my macros again as I get in the swing of tracking them as well as lifting progress and weigh ins.
let's go guys. I could really use the support to get out of fat mode*SCC*

so, calories were at 2657 yesterday, at 392c, 188p, 65f. went over my a couple grams of protein and carbs but who cares lol. i'm usually at 3500+ so this will be a big drop anyways.
hit a front squat PR of 225x5, did some deficit deadlifts with 245(just adding 10lbs a week to my 3x5 til it gets hard) and a bunch of accessory work. also walked around the city for quite some time and ended up walking like 16k steps yesterday. so overall a pretty good first day of the cut.
headed to the gym in a bit to hit an OHP workout, hopefully gonna hit a PR with 140lbs.*SCC*
