im assuming thats 50mg oleuropein. ive got one thats standardized to 18% (38.7mg), with 215mg OLE. i take it with norco and some other goodies. your writeup references 1000mg or OLE being none toxic at around my weight.
so my question is, there a dose response curve to this, i know you said 50mg+ but is there any reason to stop there, or any basis to assume its not worth taking 3-5x the dose of what i have?

What do you mean? And noted
That dose should be enough to influence thyroid production. It is actually less than 50 mg but I went higher just to be safe. It is definitely a dose response curve, but as with everything, eventually there is no further benefit. If you notice in the chart, while T3 does keep increasing, eventually TSH levels off. Regarding toxicity, you could definitely take much more than 1000 mg, I was just stating the highest dose I saw in humans and it showed no adverse effects

Like say, I'm using a thermogenic or non stim product that does not contain Olive Leaf Extract.
Could I buy it separately and just dose it with the thermo?Krispy Kreme Krew Forever.

Olive leaf extract Crew. I found it really helped my cold last winter. Is the Olympian Labs one here on BB.com quality? I've used that and AOR's in the past.

Off the top of my head:
Stimmed: Alphamine, Diablo, Thermo Rev
Non-stim (or at least non-caffeine and yohimbine...includes synephrine): Shift
Shift is 200mg, and while Alphamine is a proprietary formula, PES does not fairy dust our products. I am not sure on the dosages of Diablo and Thermo Rev, and that's something you'd have to ask ANS and Neon.Olympus Labs Representative

Have you done either agmatine or ksm66 solo pre bed? Just curious.
Recently, I was getting in around 2 grams of Agmatine and started to notice some GI distress, dropped to 1 gram, and good. I like my doses pre-carb meals.
I will say, KSM-66 prior to bed is really nice though. Throw in some L-Dopa 98%.PEScience Representative

back on topic here:
i read that OLE inhibits the growth of the left ventricle in the heart, for enhanced athletes, heck for anyone particularly worried about a quite relevant issue, how substantial or how do you feel about the evidence even if in theory, that it would be good for this?
is it logical to perhaps say that OLE should be a STAPLE in every lifters supplement regimen not just for fat loss purposes but for ventricle/health issues or am i jumping the gun? i have a family history of heart issues, so im very interested if this is something i should be recommending for people.

Syn, what are your thoughts on Olive Leaf Extract and fat gain mitigation? Could be excellent for those eating in a surplus.

Also, if supplementing with OLE, do you have a preferred % Oleuropein? Most on the market seem to be 750mg OLE standardized for 20% Oleuropein or 500mg OLE standardized for 25% Oleuropein.
Also, should we be looking for standardized tyrosol/hydroxytyrosol content?
