I have decided to consult the (former?) mighty nut misc.
I have not lifted in probably over a year. I just renewed my gym membership, and the only way for me to stay motivated is to be competitive. So I decided I want to go back to powerlifting.
If you were in my position, what program would you restart with? I formerly did Sheiko with great results but I'm afraid the volume would be excessive.

Basically this. It doesn't even have to be Allpros neccesarily, but just some type of higher rep full body work for about 4-6 weeks. From there you can transition into SL 5x5, Madcows, or Texas Method depending on how much strength you regain.
