It included: 5g creatine mono, whey protein, citrulline malate at 6g pre-workout, betaine at 2.5g/day IIRC, and BCAA's between meals.

Also the pre will have 450mg of cocoa powder which to the best of my knowledge is the only ingredient I've ever seen that can increase blood flow in HEALTHY individuals. So should be a multi-phase attack: increase cognitive function, improved performance, and increased blood flow. Additionally, it's not completely stim free as there is 27mg of caffiene as a byproduct of the cocoa extract, but that amount of caffiene is so tiny even people very sensitive to it are unlikely to notice negative effects.

They're doing more studies on that as well, at 500mg currently to see difference in results. At 1g, it's expensive. We've played around with it, it was ok.
