I have intended to cut down to 150, but I've only lost about 4 pounds since May despite cutting some calories out. However, I've been hitting the weights harder and adding more accessories and reps all the time and I think I may have actually recomped a bit. Maybe not.

Slow going, but I may have inadvertently recomped a bit...

Everyone says a recomp don't work but it just takes longer. I think recomp works better when you are just slightly overweight, as you were. I've also been recomping for 2 years as I'm training for strength and started out slightly overweight like yourself. I've had fat loss and decent gains too, am still the same weight. You look like you should bulk now though if you want size.
