Hi BB fam,
I have just started running Jonnie Candito's 6 week programme and currently in week one.
I've never made an effort to get cardio in but seeing as I'm starting something new i thought it would be a good idea to get fit as well as strong.
Would it be a bad idea to go to a 45 minute spin class tonight if my next lower body day is 2 days away?
I dont want to go into the session feeling weak as hell after a spin class.
