Because drug manufacturers are almost always outside the border. The ones that are not DO get busted when cops become aware of them.
Besides, drug dealers knowingly break the law. I'm pretty sure an overwhelming majority of Uber drivers have no idea they are violating any kind of laws.
Go after the company, the people behind this that knowingly do not abide by the law. Stop getting unaware good people in trouble with the law and causing them financial hardships because their "employer" chooses to ignore laws. If you want to aware the drivers of what laws they are violating then do so, but stop the citizens arrest nonsense.
