Welcome back CoachChuckD. Why would Labrada 100% Whey help my Gainz? I am a natural bodybuilder and supps play a huge role in my development. Whey is critical post workout for me. I coould use some whey because after leg day this week, I was in a daze and went to shake my whey shake but didnt screw the lid on tight enough and shot chocolate protein drink all over the gym floor. It looked like someone had diarrhea and I couldnt just walk away so I asked the front desk for towels and they gave me a role of paper towels which cleaned it but all you could hear after was shoes sticking to the floor like at the movie theater from the spilled soda and butter popcorn.

Labrada 100% Whey could help me in multiple ways. It would help me when Im on the go or traveling but dont want to starve or settle for some mediocre macros. Also it would behoove me postworkout to help spark muscle recovery and growth. In, It would help me greatly because I am completely out of whey as of monday and just ramped back up to bulking calories. I am also getting back on my aggressive strength routine and its pretty safe to say I will spend the next 3-4 months in an overtrained state.

I respond well to setting up my macros with very high protein and fats and it seems to be the only thing that keeps my going with my crazy training/work/sleep schedule that I put myself through each winter.

Seen Hunter and Lee many times since they love here in Houston. Lee is an old friend for over 30 years of a good friend and coworker of mine.

HAHAHA Great story... I have had a similar thing happen to me, but it busted in by bag... safe to say I carry my post workout carb/protein mix in a separate bag from now on!!

Why do I need Labrada 100% whey protein???

Being a PT means that I'm constantly working out... struggling to hand the 5 lb weights to the 70 year old women.. and shrugging the 100 lb dumbbells to the gym rats like myself takes a toll on my body! I gotta keep this young thing feeling younger, and as we know, protein holds the secret to our recovery.. so who are you to keep me from this protein? Plus I gotta get swole so all the honeys will want to train with me rather than the 80 year old men who blowdry their undercarriage at the gym with one foot up on the sink [srs, saw it happened and wanted to claw my own eyes out].

Welcome back ChuckD. I tried a Labrada Lean Body a while ago and liked the taste and gainz I got from using it. Into buliking season and trying to get some more gainz and I hope to get the same or even better results from using LeanPro. I would love to give it a try and post a review!

Why do i need Whey? Well ill be honest, i only use about 5 scoops a week max, that's an average of 100g of protein per week out of powder, im trying to hit my macros [counting] with regular food, im not the kind of guy smashing 2-3 servings a day post workout, but i do cook with the protein [cupcakes, pancakes, protein bars, ice cream, milkshakes] and that stuff need a nice amount of powder for them extra flavor+gainz, so yeah i will be happy to get some more building blocks for my body and that sweet raw material for my desserts.

Well, I have a hard time eating enough protein. I love carbs too much
The only protein I really get is from a couple eggs, some milk and yogurt, and maybe a small portion of meat at dinner time.

I lift weights 6x a week, and my husband is always gettin on me for not eating enough protein...shakes would help a TON. I like to mix in stuff like frozen bananas, chocolate syrup (unless it's a chocolate protein of course), and sometimes peanut butter.

All you guys eat a ton and are trying to get big. Girls don't eat as much and it's harder to get protein in! I don't like chicken very much, and I hate fish. So my protein sources are a little bit limited.
