    Can i take pre workout in the morning during my intermittent fast for my morning jog

    I was wondering i can take a pre workout in the morning for my morning jog during my intermittent fast. Thanks

    Yes most prewokouts are only 5kcal or so, they wont break you out of a fast.

    Won't hurt you any. Most pre's do not have calories so won't hurt your fasting. Start low to assess tolerance as it will be most effective in fasted state.

    I personally wouldn't use pre workout for cardio but that has always been a personal preference. I wouldn't want to build a tolerance to it unless I was using it for my lifting sessions. But yes if you would like to that isn't a big deal.

    That would be fine. I would opt for a caffeine tab instead though. This would be cheaper as well in the long run.

    That's fine and will not break fast. Some pwo's turn me into a cardio machine and wind up doing twice the distance i planned on doing.

    Test it out and see if it works for you. Some pre's can real havok on people's stomachs of completely empty.

    I wouldn't take many stims before cardio. It'll be too hard on your heart.
