    apple nutrition

just a simple question may sound dumb but... how many grams of fat, carbohydrates, & protien is in an apple? Like a regular red apple you see at grocery stores. I'm trying to log my daily intake. Thanks.

An average medium-sized apple (about 182 grams) typically contains the following approximate macronutrient values:

    Fat: Approximately 0.4 grams
    Carbohydrates: Approximately 25 grams
    Protein: Approximately 0.5 grams
These values can vary slightly depending on the variety and size of the apple, but they give you a good estimate of the macronutrient content in a typical apple. Keep in mind that apples are primarily a source of carbohydrates (in the form of sugars and fiber) and are relatively low in fat and protein.

I consider apples like a carbohydrate. For my meals it's apple bowl of cereal egg whites would be meal 1.
