Even though I had all the symptoms, I tested negative twice. I did the quarantine thing anyway to spare everyone at work.

No idea what caused my 102.5 fever on Memorial Day. It stayed around 101.5 through Thursday.

Tests sensitivities are not great. I would consider getting an antibody test if possible in 4 to 6 weeks. Glad you are feeling better

Whatever I had, it did not feel like the flu. It felt like mild pneumonia. I had zero nasal congestion. I didn't lose smell but things smelled and tasted odd for a couple of days. I also had really bloodshot eyes. I sill have a lingering cough.

I don't have much faith in any of the testing right now. In AZ, testing is coming back at a 7% positive for active virus and 3% positive for antibodies. You must have symptoms to qualify for active testing. So what do all these people testing negative have? It's awful late for a cold or flu considering it is over 100 here now.

From what you describe it sounds like you had it. I’m not sure who is getting tested, but I think that 7% positive rate is pretty average. We should only be testing people who have symptoms or exposures, but still have inadequate testing numbers. Although the number of tests is increasing. But test sensitivities may only be 60-70%. Meaning if you had it there was a 30-40% chance that you had a false negative test. One thing that states are now doing is adding presumed cases and presumes deaths to their numbers. So when the headline reports spike in positive cases is this because of a bunch of people getting Covid from a pool party, or because they loaded a backlog of presumed cases into their data set.
I’m not sure what the antibody test sensitivity is and if their are any qualifiers for getting the test. The test was offered to everyone where I work, and per their data has a very high sensitivity for Covid 19. I might get the antibody test although ive not had any Covid symptoms. Maybe that one day I sneezed and felt tired was Covid, but that’s a stretch.

Fwiw, LabCorp offers the antibody test. Both my wife and I scheduled online for a lab 10 mins away. Test was about 48 hours later. 5 mins in and out of the office. Results came 2-3 days later (both negative).

Pretty painless and convenient if you think you might have had it.

i had it. was never sick with fever OR fatigue. lost taste and smell for 3-5 days and some very slight nasal congestion. only time in recent memory i had no desire to eat pizza. by day 5 or 6 taste and smell was back. was pretty sure i wasn't sick. doctor suggested i get the test since she had before most offices where i live. had the nose swab (very uncomfortable). test came back positive. i had symptoms the 2nd week of March. Had two different antibody tests about a month ago. BOTH confirmed that i had antibodies. Here's the weirdest part. My wife tested negative w/the swab test and for antibodies. She has not the best immune system and i have a pretty strong one. We were both scratching our heads through this whole thing.

You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

Was anyone in the market for IronMaster dumbbells yesterday? They had their restock day. I got in their queue a little before it opened and was randomly assigned number 6403. Apparently they had all kinds of technical glitches and around 9:30pm I got an email that it was my turn LOL. Around 2pm or so they said they were completely sold out of all dumbbells and if you had a number above 300 no need to stick around. I wish they'd of prioritized previous customers, but no such luck or customer loyalty. They had some disclaimer about only one set of anything per person, but I wonder if they were checking shipping addresses or billing addresses to see how many of those were people trying to stockpile to resell at a profit. Guess I'll have to wait until the next shipment probably late July. Was wanting the dumbbell kit for 5-120 with stand. I still have individual hex dumbbells from 5-100s but was wanting the IMs to save space. Hoping to pick up an IM 2000 when it comes in stock possibly late this month.

People figured out you could use google chrome ad blocker and block any link with the word Queue in it. This allowed people to access the site with no wait at all...this info was spread around very quickly too.

It's Ironmasters fault for not realizing people can easily bypass those sorts of things. Glad I managed to get powerblocks a couple weeks ago.

Two photos of the so called "Bush" fire north of Fountain Hills. The first photo was taken Saturday night, the second on Sunday night. That second photo was taken from the street on which I live. Both photos are long(ish) exposures taken using a tripod.

Can see the smoke from my place. On my way to work on the 101 this morning the smoke was really bad to the East.

It's going to be a bad fire season.

Below is tonight's photo of the Bush Fire. According to InciWeb ,on Monday evening the Bush Fire is 37,900 acres in size and is still 0% contained. It doesn't look like this during the day. Actually, it doesn't look like this at night either - but it's closer. The glow / color shown in the smoke in my photo was due to taking a long exposure at night.

Great photographs, we don't experience fires on this scale in the UK, after all it's a "Green and pleasant land", LOL..
Having said this we've had a very dry, hot Spring, but in our moderate climate large scale fires are a rare event.

Thinking about doing the unthinkable, anyone remember who else here owned a Pendlay half rack? The more I wait on the Legend build the less appealing drilling holes in the rack sounds to me. It's going to be a work of art, I'd hate to mark up the sides. Almost thinking it might be better to just get Rogue Monster Mono's that fit it in properly and sell my Mech Mono's (crying).

Keep them. With the way you cycle through racks you'll be pissed at yourself if you get rid of them at one point in the not too distant future

I have a 3x3 rack with 1in holes. If it would fit and you decide to sell, I'd be interested.

HR5000 with Rogue Monster Mono's here. The fact that i use my rack for so many different things means I often move the Mono's out the way mounting them high and low and also to the side. A 3x3 upright makes them easy to never have to store them on the ground. I don't like squatting and overhead pressing with mono's so I always move them out to the sides for those and use regular J cups. I've never used any other brand's Mono's so I can't compare.

That's not really an option with a brand new Legend rack, flipping for loss wouldn't make sense on such a large ticket item. Had my Pendlay for four years and was able to turn a small profit on the sale.

Guessing another 4-5 weeks on the order, it's coming up on a month now since I pulled the trigger.

I wouldn't want to drill holes in my brand new rack either, especially with attachments that you'll potentially want to move lower/higher. It's too bad that Legend won't just do it for you. I don't think you'd be unhappy with Rogue's monos, though, and you won't be the first person to sell Mech's. That said, if you don't need the money I'd sit on them for a while. Not like they're going to go down in value, and once you sell them you're not getting them back.

Mech's float like a Cadillac and sting like a Beemer. Rogue's are just fine, and after using them many times I don't think I'd notice the difference if I didn't own Mech's. Titan's are ugly, but functionally the same as Rogue's.

Yeah, I'm just thinking about how ugly it would look having random holes up the sides. The guy who bought the Pendlay from me didn't seem interested, so I'm guessing he only bought it to flip because he asked if they would fit 'other' racks LOL. Spending way more on the rack than I originally intended I'd almost just rather go back to traditional non-mono lifting and apply the money towards the rack itself. Then maybe pick up some Rogue's on down the road if it really bothered me. Hmmn...

There is no way that I'd drill holes in a brand new rack. I'd resist the urge Urban!

I have the Rep half rack - if that would work with Mech's mono's I might be interested. Not sure how much I'd actually use them.

That was the original plan, to use them with the HR-5000 but REP had been forever out of stock with no end in sight so I decided to go big. Shipping would be a mofo, but PM me if you're really interested.
