    I haven't used my grippers for several years for the same reason.

    David Scott-Donelan? I do not know any Selous Scouts. I did know some guys who served in Grey's Scouts, Corps of Signals and other units.

    Have you tried using a hand extensor exercise, like HandXBand? Could be tendonitis from strength imbalance.
