And shin guards. You forgot the shin guards.
You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

My wife was interested in using my home gym equipment. I said sure, but only if you disrobe for workouts. I thought she would find my rule amusing and it could lead to some entertaining "workouts."

She hasn't attempted to step foot in the gym ever since. D'oh.

When did Rogue drop this new RM43 line of racks?

I like the RM43-3 a lot with a 30" depth between the uprights and if "The Lock" system works like they say it does / should, that is pretty cool

    lol, would rep.

Speaking of rogue, how many are thinking of getting the new CB-4? Took me about 2 days of it sitting in cart to finally hit order. On it's way in about a month. Purely an impulse buy, I have a feeling it'll be discontinued eventually and I didn't want to miss out.

What's the difference between that and the Duffalo...outside of price?

Edit - just noticed it's 38MM as opposed to the Duffalo 31.75. Does the shape appear similar?

Diameter, length... but mostly a larger drop (camber). 4.5" vs 2.5".

I thought about it - but I have a feeling I am going to be doing primarily front squats for the next 14 months. Plus I am not sure how that camber will sit in the hooks on my old Parabody rack. Plus I already have enough trouble with moving the SSB in and out, I don't need another.

I like the look of it - I know Super D pitched his "matador" bar to them earlier - looks like they split the difference between that camber and the traditional Buffalo (which holy **** is up to $919!)

Why do you think they will discontinue it?

I tried just grabbing the inner collars of my bar for back squatting but I don't feel I can hold the bar securely like that and then I saw this pic and forget about it

I think that pic is fake (his hands seem way to close to center given his shoulder width). At least I hope so. If it isn't then the wider your hands, the less damage there would be anyways (less roation of the elbow .
It'll be discontinued if it doesn't sell well, I assume. And I'm not sure it's going to be a big seller.
I see your point about the j-cups, but I have a monolift so it's not an issue.

It'll be discontinued if it doesn't sell well, I assume. And I'm not sure it's going to be a big seller.
I see your point about the j-cups, but I have a monolift so it's not an issue.
doesn't matter if it is fake - it gives the visual of what I feel may happen and that's enough.

I don't know - the buffalo/duffalo seem pretty popular (despite how many end up getting sold on ******** marketplace) but who knows - that said do they still sell their SSB? I can't believe that was is wildly popular given the better SSB options available

The fact that the duffalo bar is out there and very popular is why I don't think this one will sell as much.

Anyone see the isolator rack attachment? Seems pretty promising.

For leg extensions/curls, it looks better than the Titan rack attachment and the Straydog goat attachment.

That looks very well made and at least from the video, looks like it will do a lot of different exercises. It will be interesting to see a review by a member here.

I saw others say the SS RM-6 went from $3500 a year or so ago to $6500 now.

Someone was looking at an Arsenal piece that was $3099 I believe last year and it’s now $5699.

I'm very interested in this, assuming it reviews well and it's priced sensibly. It solves my spaces issues try to add a plate loaded leg curl/extension machine.

I'd be interested as well, but I'm thinking the price will be stupid. I'm guessing they'll want $400-$500, we'll see where they land when it goes on the market.

I may try it if the price was lower than that, but I've always found that whenever I get anything rack-attached that requires a decent amount of setup (e.g. more than throwing some plates on) I end up rarely using it.

The setup does look like it could be complex. I wouldn't be horribly upset at $400-500. Its cheaper than a dedicated leg ext/curl machine. I wonder how much clearance it will need outside the rack too.

I hear ya. Like how people are coming up with ways to use jammer arms to simulate different movements…I’ve tried some that felt pretty good, but due to setup time I haven’t done it again lol

It’ll really depend on the price if I consider it or not.
