Thanks to everyone for the drywall advice. I did put up tape with a two or four inch knife and do have larger ones when I want to use them. The butt seams four foot up are a bear to get smooth. I can't get a full sheet into the basement down a narrow stairway. I can just get eight foot boards down there. Any longer lumber comes in through the little window you can barely see over my speedbag platform.
I'm really in no hurry and usually do any work down there in the summer to escape the heat. Of course at that time I'm more inclined to escape to the lake so . . .

You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

So pretty funny experience yesterday, decided to reactivate my ******** a while back and joined some chat groups. Added Disney because I'm quickly becoming a junkie, then added a random 'Home Gym' group with 38k members. Wow! How quickly I was reminded why I don't post on social media, so many trolls out there with nothing to contribute but baseless / hateful messages about equipment they don't even own. One of the guys claimed he had a world class gym when it couldn't occupy a page of the 'Cost No Object Thread', Atty and Alex have his secondhand hoarders gym soundly beaten. Took me less than a week to leave the group. People truly are miserable beings incapable of having a meaningful conversation LOL

How's training been going fellas? All is well here except for a little bit of elbow tenderness/aids every time bench and/or squat starts getting heavy.. maybe i should do more curls...
And every time things start to settle down as far as life goes, we starting talking of adding another kiddo to the mix. 3 little boys and the wife is thinking of trying for a girl, or another boy would be fun too. HaEquipment Crew #68, Ivanko Crew #47, Rogue Barbell Club #7, Mech6 Crew #30

For the squats, have you considered it could be your wrist or elbow position? I am wrestling with similar and I thought this was a good explanation https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xrnq4OAN5bE
I defn lift my elbows so it's something I'm going to look at. As for the other challenge -- no youtubes for that▪[]─────[]▪ Ivanko Barbell Crew #80 ▪[]─────[]▪

It seems likely that barbell training would be more efficiently performed if it had more in common with engineering than with astrology -- Rippetoe
