    Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

    Yes you do. Best to take every day for several weeks to help reach saturation. Then you can dial it back to workout days only should you choose. However, you can take every day consistently too if you choose.

    Completely up to you. It's cheap so I take 5g per day everyday.

    Ultimately you want to take it everyday for the first 30 days, then you can switch to only workout days if you'd like.

    I do this as well OP.

    Ensure that you're staying hydrated too (I target ~4L water/day). And as far as timing goes, just take it whenever works best for you (I usually just mix it in one of my protein shakes throughout the day)!
